About This Project
We were running three separate websites — one for each regional office — held together by a shared hosting plan and a lot of goodwill. Maintenance was a nightmare, brand consistency was non-existent, and every time marketing wanted to update a page they had to file a ticket and wait a week. We brought oDesk in to consolidate everything into a single multi-tenant platform with a shared CMS. The result was a unified corporate web presence that any regional manager can update in minutes, without touching code. Page load times dropped by 60%, our bounce rate improved, and our global brand finally looks like it belongs to the same company. The project took four months and came in under budget.
